Quality seal certified again: We stand for fair recruitment

Today we received confirmation of the renewal of our RAL quality seal “Fair Recruitment Care Germany”.

This seal not only certifies that we comply with the GAPA regulations for fair recruitment (see below). Rather, it is a matter close to our hearts, which is why we lobbied politically for the quality seal at an early stage.

After all, it is not easy for employers and their future skilled workers to see through this dynamic market. Who provides candidates with transparent information at an early stage? Who ensures transparent conditions and thus long-term satisfaction and a good reputation on all sides?

Skilled workers in countries such as Tunisia, Brasil, Iran or Turkey are not naive: they compare and enquire very carefully about what and with whom they are getting involved. And there are plenty of black sheep on this market who want to lure “their” candidates into financial dependencies or into unsuitable and de facto non-terminable employment relationships – according to the motto “placed is placed”.

Such practices not only contradict our philosophy, but also international and European labour law standards. And in most cases also the requirements of the countries of origin, which for good reason want to see certain standards upheld for their compatriots. In the Philippines, for example, individual employers are accredited in advance, and anyone who cheats here faces severe sanctions. With the “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” seal of approval, we show at a glance that we stand for transparency and corporate responsibility. This means that not only our German business partners but also the skilled workers themselves have one less thing to worry about.
