Our language and cultural training is the key
to successful cooperation

The international specialists are often already highly qualified. But in many countries, nursing and specialist staff only speak their native language. Language acquisition and cultural training are therefore crucial for successful work and integration into your team. Our experience shows: Every effort pays off here!

In addition to general language skills, language skills in the area of specialist language (e.g. nursing German or German for the surgery) are also important. We also introduce your future employees to German working culture and everyday customs and help to bridge cultural differences.

Our team includes German and cultural trainers, nursing and social education workers. We also work with certified language schools and recognized examination centers to provide the best possible coverage of language acquisition.

The language course lasts between 4 and 12 months, depending on your previous knowledge.

Our services:

• Language and cultural training (online and through local language schools)

• Bridging courses to maintain the language level after obtaining the B2 certificate until entry and employment.

• Organization of language exams (Telc and ÖSD centers as well as Goethe Institutes abroad)

• Preparatory courses for the AZAV-certified training provider knowledge examinations

• Specialist language training by certified, experienced German trainers (nursing German, German for the OR, …)
